Splinterlands (SPS) is a new cryptocurrency governance token that will be integrated into the Splinterlands game in order to provide increasing levels of decision-making ability and control over the product to the player base, asset owners, and other stakeholders. splinterlands is a strategic NFT card game that runs on the Hive blockchain and has 260,000 daily users. Players in Splinterlands use cards to battle, other players. The game contains almost 500 cards. Players can earn money by collecting, trading, buying, and selling these real-world cards. The Splinterlands cards are classified as summoners or monsters. Players can pick one summoner when going into battle, which bonuses monsters. Then, players can select monsters from that summoner's deck. Each summoner is associated with one of the seven elements: fire, water, earth, life, death, dragon, and neutral. Each monster has a unique mana cost that varies according to its strength. Furthermore, the rarity of a card determines its worth, scarcity, and in-game strength.
